So its week 3 of the PN challenge.
I weighed in at 208.8 this am. A nice change! I am adjusting to the eating schedule - I am getting sick of omlettes for sure!
I rode my bike 37 miles yesterday - that is the longest ride I have done in the last 12 months! It felt GOOD too - I rode part of the timberman course and enjoyed the riding on rt. 106. I think that I have come to the realization that I just don't like riding my bike through hills :-)
I have a meeting today at LASC with Elaine to get me started on a strength-training program. The PN Challenge has a recommended set of strength training items but I don't know enough about weightlifting to really use it so Elaine said she'd set me up! I am really excited to try something new in the gym.
Well off to work for now - I'll post more later today or possibly tomorrow!

Week #1
Well the first week of the challenge was setting us up for the real thing. We worked on a meal plan and an excercise plan that we'll follow for the 16 remaining weeks. So...
Today is the first real step. 212 lbs + 27.8% on hte Tanita.
